My 1st Trip to USA to visit Dad
5.16.2006 Dad took us down 8:40 am to the Limo which took us to LAX. We all said our goodbyes. I know Dad will miss me a lot and I will do the same, but I will join him for good by next year after school year.
5.15.2006 Dad took me to Hollywood Blvd. (Kodak Theater, where the Oscars are held every year). Went to Build-A-Bear and Dad had a pink teddy bear made for me. Joby joined us and all of us had dinner at the Italian Restaurant on the 3rd floor. We walked on Hollywood Blvd. and I had some pics taken with Spiderman and Superheros.
5.14.2006 Dad, Mom and I left Las Vegas at 5 am and went to Los Angeles. We stayed with Lola Nena de Santos for 2 nights. Left Las Vegas 5.16.06 at 8:30 am to go to Los Angeles Airport. Joby came to Lola's apt (#801 616 So. Normandie, Los Angeles) and had merienda.
4.15.2006 Arrived in LA.
4.18.2006 Went to see Daddy in Las Vegas, Nevada and stayed with him while Mommy stayed with Auntie Beth and just came hom Saturday at 3 am and woke up Daddy.
Dad and I kept going to the Carousel at Las Vegas Food Outlet in Las Vegas Boulevard and to the Park at Durango/Spring Mtn. Road.
5.10.2006 Dad called and reported to SSS that I will be going to the PI for at least 2-3 months. Was told to show SSS my passport as evidence that I am back upon my return so my benefits could resume.

Coleen's Throat
12.2.05 Evelyn took Coleen to a Dr. Gabriel regarding her throat. Findings: Coleen's throat or esophagus is very small and she chews toward the front of the mouth. Evelyn will have her xrayed to see if problems exist with her throat.

Pink Eye
11.03.05: Dad visited Dr. Agulto and he was instructed to apply Tobradex Ointment to stop my "muta".
10.27.05: Dad mentioned to Dr. Agulto regarding my case. Prescribed Chloramphenicol, 4 x day, both eyes. After redness disappears, continue for 2 days more.
My teacher wrote in the school diary that she brought me to school's doctor to have my right eye checked but I refusted to let the doctor see it.
My Dad checked with Vivian, Dr. Agulto's secretary and he was advised to give me same medicine CHLORAMPHENICOL, 4 x day and to continue for 2 DAYS after redness disappears.
My Dad applied it to both my eyes starting at 8 PM, tonight. Of course, I cried......

Slept with Mom
Today, my mother called up Dad to ask him if I could sleep with her 'cuz we are all going to mass tomorrow.
Dad consented especially since he had "pink eye" and was afraid he might give it to me.
That evening, I kept crying and wanted to be with Dad (according to Mom)
I called Dad tthe following day and told him I wanted to sleep with him rather than with Mom.
Mom tried several times to stop me but Dad told her to just let me sleep with Dad.
So, at around 9 pm, my yaya (Wilma Abanis) brought me to Dad's apartment 1605C.
I was so happy to see Dad, and, of course....
I slept soundly.

My 1st Evaluation by Teacher Ms. Caingoy
Saw my Dad, waiting for my teacher 'cuz they had an appointment regarding my class performance.
Teacher Caingoy informed my Dad that I am a fast learner, improved my socialization skills, intlligent, emphatizer BUT takes a long time eating, i.e. consuming 1-2 pcs of crackers. She and Student Counsellor, Ms. Katigbak have observed my "big improvement" the last 3 months relative to my speech capabilities and all of the above.
She and Ms. Katigbak are very happy with my progress in school.
My Dad was so happy and ecstatic about my evaluation........

OT Consultation at Therapy Works
My 1st Day at Therapy Works.

Therapist: Teacher Dane Escalona
I am supposed to attend 3 sessions of OT as per Dr. A. Fulcatelo (Developmental Pediatrician, San Juan De Dios Hospital) for the next 3 Fridays after which an Evaluation shall be prepared to determine if additional therapy sessions are needed to correct my "short attention span, swallowing, eating habits, etc." But, my Dad thinks that no additional therapy is required since my development is normal.
Determination shall also be made regarding my late speech capabilities.

1ST HOSPITAL STAY/PPD TESTS
Confined due to my allergy caused by Mom's giving me Orange Juice.
Family took PPD Tests to determine who was also infected by Ruth.
